Pneumatic valve kit

The pneu­mat­ic valve kit from mar­co is a pow­er­ful piezo-dri­ven valve com­bined with a valve seat with Luer-Lock con­nec­tion that can be used for many com­mon appli­ca­tions.

Max­i­mum stroke for coarse fillers
Com­pared to a stan­dard piezo valve, the mar­co mtv/pv/20a pneu­mat­ic dis­pens­ing valve has a 4‑fold stroke and can be used to dis­pense flu­ids with par­ti­cle sizes of up to 200 µm.

Direct­ly con­trol­lable
The valve only requires a com­pressed air con­nec­tion and a 24 V trig­ger sig­nal – no addi­tion­al con­trol unit, no HMI.
The trig­ger sig­nal can be sup­plied direct­ly by an automa­tion sys­tem, a robot, or a dig­i­tal I/O mod­ule.
This reduces instal­la­tion time and gets the sys­tem up and run­ning quick­ly.

Penu­mat­ic dis­pens­ing valve mtv/pv/20a

The pneu­mat­ic dis­pens­ing valve from mar­co is an elec­tri­cal­ly oper­at­ed valve for the pre­cise dis­pens­ing of adhe­sives, poly­mers, sol­vents, oils, greas­es, aque­ous media, and mate­ri­als with fillers. It process­es vis­cosi­ties from 1 mPas to paste-like at media tem­per­a­tures up to 75 °C.

With a dis­pens­ing fre­quen­cy of up to 20 Hz, the valve is suit­able for fast spot and line dis­pens­ing. It oper­ates at 5–8 bar oper­at­ing pres­sure and a media pres­sure of up to 100 bar. The 24 V DC con­trol with a pow­er con­sump­tion of only 1 W enables direct inte­gra­tion into indus­tri­al automa­tion sys­tems.

Thanks to its com­pact dimen­sions of 57 × 14 × 61.7 mm and a weight of 125 g, the valve is ide­al for con­fined instal­la­tion sit­u­a­tions. The mod­u­lar design and the sep­a­ra­tion of the dri­ve and media chan­nel reduce main­te­nance and down­time. The valve is ful­ly com­pat­i­ble with mar­co sys­tem com­po­nents.

Valve seat mtv/vss/ba/lla

The mtv/vss/ba/lla valve seat is spe­cial­ly designed for con­tact dos­ing and fea­tures a Luer-Lock con­nec­tion that allows the use of dif­fer­ent dos­ing nee­dles – ide­al for spot and line dos­ing.

A durable ceram­ic ball (Ø 1.58 mm) and ceram­ic con­tact sur­faces ensure pre­cise, smooth oper­a­tion. The 0.3 mm pas­sage to the Luer lock ensures con­trolled dis­pens­ing of mate­r­i­al. The valve seat is easy to remove and can be cleaned sep­a­rate­ly.
