The mtv/vss/ba/100a is a dependable valve seat designed specifically for jet-dispensing applications, whether it is dot-jet or string-jet dispensing.
Its interior features a small but hard and precise ceramic ball, measuring just 0.79 mm in diameter, which effectively seals the valve seat. The closing surface of the seat valve itself is also made of durable ceramic, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The valve seat’s flat ceramic nozzle with a 100 µm diameter contributes to its precision and reliability. In dot-jet mode, this valve seat produces dots with an approximate volume of 12 nanolitre. These drops result in a dot diameter of approximately 350 µm when they form a hemispherical shape. And the advantage is: This result can be achieved with a very high repeatability.
One of the outstanding features of the mtv/vss/ba/100a, common to all marco valves, is its ease of maintenance. The valve seat can be effortlessly detached from the valve for independent cleaning. Should the seat become damaged or irreversibly clogged, it can be conveniently replaced without affecting the rest of the system.
This practicality makes the mtv/vss/ba/100a an ideal choice for jet dispensing.
